Have a group larger than six? No problem! We will customize a plan to fit YOUR needs for groups larger than 6. If you are interested in a large group please contact us directly for pricing and additional information at info@smileforlessplan.com
Please note: Monthly plans are billed to your debit or credit card on file approximately every 30 days starting from your date of purchase. For example, if you purchase a membership on April 15th, your credit card will be billed on May 15th, June 15th, etc.
Quarterly plans are billed to your debit or credit card on file approximately every 90 days starting from your date of purchase. For example, if you purchase a membership on April 15th, your credit card will be billed on July 15th, October 15th, etc.
Annual plans are billed to your debit or credit card on file once per year on your anniversary date. For example, if you purchase a membership on April 15th, 2017, your credit card will be billed again on April 15th, 2018, etc.
Billing dates are subject to change based on weekends, Federal Holidays and national bank holidays.
